ORDERING



Ordering from CLEO can be done via email (hello@thecleo.co.kr) or over the phone (please email to request our direct line).

CLEO will send you a confirmation/invoice email no less than 24 hours after your order has been placed, or next business day.

The collection is made to order and will be completed within the lead time listed on your invoice.

SHIPPING



CLEO delivers using various shippers including white glove services, freight, and UPS, depending on the size and special requirements of the item.

We cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

Every CLEO product is quality-checked before leaving our studio in its intended condition but it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect each item upon delivery.

If you accept a damaged item when it arrives the shipping company will not assume liability.

All of our products are carefully and professionally packaged so that they arrived in the most ideal condition.





 

TERMS



If you need to cancel your order, you must do so in writing via email to hello@thecleo.co.kr within 48 hours of the time the order was placed.

All delivery charges are non-refundable.

All of CLEO's items are handmade and are made to order.

Because of this we do not accept returns of any kind.
